2020 has been one interesting year by far, so many events and big stories that have taken place that it is hard to remember them all. It seems as if January 2020 was a lifetime ago but only a year has passed since. This COVID-19 Pandemic has hit everyone hard, affecting our daily lives, work, education, businesses, families and friends, the environment, and most importantly our health.
Like most people I had some big plans for the year but everything clearly went downhill overnight. Looking at the negatives, I found more positives and found the lockdown to be a blessing in disguise. I took advantage of this period to spend time with family and loved ones. I caught up with friends and learned some neat new skills that I once believed that I would, “never have time for”.
Although 2020 was rather tumultuous, I had the chance to capture some amazing sporting events, protests and rallies, and I got to work on some new and exciting projects. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to work with some amazing organizations such as North Pole Hoops, the Toronto Basketball Academy, OnPoint Basketball, Vlirka, and the University of Toronto to just name a few.
